You have up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled tour time to call and cancel your tour with no penalty incurred. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled tour time a 50% cancellation penalty will apply. No Refunds within 2 hours of departure. All cancellations must be called into our main office at 716-283-8900 between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm ET.
