A deposit of fifteen (15%) of the estimated price is required to reserve each group tour service. The cancellation policy is 14 days. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to departure date will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Payment in full is due and payable 10 days prior to the scheduled event. All cancellations must be called into (716) 283-8900 between 8:00am and 8:00pm ET. Thank you, "Over the Falls Tours".
